it takes courage
I’ll never forget looking back at a video taken of me just before I worked with my first coach. Oh. Wow. It was such an illuminating “Before” and “After.” The best way I can describe the “Before” is that I was living in the shadows as a watered down version of myself. And “After,” I was filled with so much peace, playfulness, freedom, and aliveness.
Now, I’m seeing clients experience their own Before and After, and I think it’s some of the most rewarding work I’ve ever done.
Coaching is a unique kind of conversation – different than the ones we typically have with friends or family. I was drawn to it because my natural inclination is to dig deep. I like to ask thoughtful questions and help clients unearth their own answers.
My approach is to create a trustworthy, comfortable partnership so we can take a real look together at what’s been getting in the way of your juiciest life. Attaining it sometimes requires getting reacquainted with forgotten parts of ourselves; sometimes it takes growing in new ways. Having been there myself, I know this kind of personal work takes courage.
I am credentialed by the International Coaching Federation and certified by Accomplishment Coaching. The values that I bring to my coaching practice are ones that I practice in the rest of life. I seek to honor diversity, create accessibility, build equity, and believe in possibility.
